I was introduced to Michael Smith, owner of Deseo de Michael, private winery in Orient, NY, by a friend of mine, Simone Doroski, also a world traveler, wedding planner, floral arrangement specialist.
Michael was generous with his time and and wine as we tasted his delicious rosé called OR (for Orient). It is light and fruity with just the right amount of acidity, perfect for all seasons.
