Pavlova dessert originates from New Zealand adn as someone who's dating a Kiwi, I can attest to the fact that all the Kiwis I know all love pavlova cake!
So in my efforts to learn how to bake Pavlova, I tried a few recipes and this one wins the golden ticket to Pavlova heaven. Enjoy and remember that the quintessential ingredient is cream of tartar!
